This Privacy Policy explains how Codevyne Creatives Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), registered address D 480, 2nd Floor, Palam Extension, Dwarka Sector 7, Delhi 110075, India, collects, uses, and protects information when you use Proface CRM (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password, provided when you or your organization registers.
• Business data you enter — leads, clients, quotations, assignments, invoices, payments, expenses, and related records you or your team create while using the Service, including any personal data of your own clients that you choose to store.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive and store the transaction reference, amount, and status, but never your card, UPI, or bank account details, which Razorpay handles directly.
• Usage & technical data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a CSRF token cookie for security. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• To process subscription payments and generate GST-compliant invoices;
• To send account, billing, and service-related emails (e.g. subscription confirmations, invoices);
• To respond to support requests;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your information, or your clients' information, to third parties.

3. Data Isolation Between Accounts

Proface CRM is a multi-tenant platform: each registered business's data is logically isolated and is not accessible to other accounts on the platform.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with service providers strictly to operate the Service, including:

• Razorpay — for processing subscription payments;
• Our email delivery provider — for sending transactional emails (e.g. invoices, notifications).

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform the services we've engaged them for.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on servers located in India. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, including encrypted password storage and HTTPS-encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If your account is closed, we retain data for a reasonable period to allow for export or reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, financial and tax records).

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to support@profacecrm.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or contractual obligations to retain certain records (such as GST invoices).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
